HACKETTSTOWN, N.J. – The host Centenary Cyclones scored two second-half goals to pin a loss on the visiting Rosemont Ravens in CSAC men's soccer this afternoon. With the 2-0 decision Rosemont fell to 0-13-1 overall (0-6 CSAC) while the Cyclones moved to 9-5 (4-1 CSAC).
After a scoreless first half, Centenary's Kevin Brix opened the scoring when he notched his 3rd goal of the year. Centenary added their second goal of the game from Josh Weiss to make it 2-0 in the 66th minute.
Zach Bowe was again solid in goal, saving 9 of 11 Centenary shots on frame.
Vito DiSanti led the Ravens with three shots (2 on goal), while Jalani James was credited with two shots.
The Ravens continue their season at home with a non-conference game against the Knights of Arcadia University. The game will be played on Tuesday afternoon, starting at 4:00pm at the Ravens Athletic Complex.
