Scranton, Pa. – In Rosemont's final game of the 2015 season, the host Marywood Pacers (10-4, 6-1 CSAC) outscored Raven's men's lacrosse team in each quarter in today's CSAC match as Marywood won the game by a final score of 15-5. The Ravens ended their season with a record of 3-11 overall, 2-5, CSAC.
The Ravens fell behind Marywood 3-0 before Rosemont's Tyler Ferrara put the Ravens on the board with 6:44 left in the first quarter to make the score 3-1. Marywood would score again in the final minute to take a 4-1 lead at the end of the first quarter.
Marywood scored three more goals in the second and the Ravens could not answer, trailing 7-1 going into the half.
In the third quarter, the Pacers would extend their lead to 10-1, with Steve Licata netting Rosemont's second goal of the afternoon with two seconds left in the quarter to end the period trailing 10-2.
The Pacers would score the first three goals in the 4th to extend their lead to 13-2, when Justin Regan scored on an assist from Zach Bowe with 9:27 left in the game. After another two Marywood goals, Licata would score on an assist from Regan. With 3:16 left in the game, Justin Regan scored on a pass from Licata. It was his 2nd goal of the game and his 3rd point of the game, giving him a career total of 100 points.
