ROSEMONT, Pa. -- It came in different waves - a flurry of activity that kept swarming around the front of the Rosemont net.
There was no moderations for Marywood's Pacers on this chilly March afternoon. They were playing on full blast Wednesday afternoon and showed no mercy towards the overwhelmed Ravens.
Marywood threw 63 shots towards Rosemont goaltender Mark Porter and never seemed to calm down, posting a dominant 20-8 win over the Ravens in a Colonial States  Athletic Conference contest at the Ravens Athletic Complex.
Rosemont is now 0-8 overall and 0-2 within the CSAC. It had appeared in recent days that progress was being made, especially after a rally on Saturday that resulted in a closer-than-it-looked 10-7 loss to Centenary.
But Marywood is a whole different situation. And the Pacers (5-4, 2-0 CSAC) had five players that ended up scoring in double figures, lead by Austin Maylor's five goals on the afternoon which improved his season total to 16 on the season.
Dylan Hummel and Ben Koszelak each scored three times in the loss for the Ravens.
Rosemont will have this weekend off for the Easter holiday before returning next Wednesday at home against Cabrini.
