ROSEMONT, Pa. - Rosemont had some solid performances in the singles from
David Kleiner,
Nick Tortorella and
Nick Gemmell on Friday, but the Ravens couldn't break through for the victory against Clarks Summit in a Colonial States Athletic Conference men's tennis match that was split between the Ravens Tennis Complex and the Bryn Mawr Racquet Clubwhen rain moved in on Friday afternoon.
Gemmell forced his match at No. 6 singles against Dennis Gray Jr. to a third set with a 6-4 victory in the second set before falling by a 10-4 margin.  Kleiner lost to Evan Michael by a 6-4, 6-3 margin at No. 1 singles. Tortorella fell to Evan Macy by a 6-3, 6-3 score.
The Ravens are back in action on Tuesday afternoon when they face Penn State Brandywine.
