MONTCLAIR, N.J. -
Brandon Krausse scored the only goal of the game for Rosemont as the Ravens fell to Montclair State by a 23-1 score Saturday in a Colonial States Athletic Conference men's lacrosse contest in central New Jersey.
Krausse's goal- his 29th of the season- moved him closer to
Ben Koszelak for the overall lead in goals and points. Koszelak has 37 goals and 47 points. The goal was Krausse's 45th points of the year.
Mark Porter made 15 saves on a day when 60 shots were thrown in his direction by Montclair State, who got three goals a piece from Jesse James West, Matt Haemmerle and Christian Boyle.
Rosemont will return to action next Saturday afternon when they face Stockton University at Pomono, N.J. That game is set to begin at 1 p.m.Â
