ROSEMONT, PA- It was a heated matchup between the Rosemont Ravens and the Penn State Brandywine Nittany Lions, but the Lions were able to prevail in a win with a final score of 1-0.
In an intense first half the men's soccer team trailed Penn State Brandywine 1-0. A quick goal was scored in the first 2 minutes by Penn State, but after that the Rosemont Ravens played superb defense. The offense was able to muster several shots, but fell short of scoring. The Ravens had 4 corner kicks in the first half, but could not seal the deal with a goal.Â
The second half started with a scuffle between Rosemont and Penn State and several players were issued yellow cards. The second half was full of intensity but did not result in any scoring. It was a tough break for the Ravens as the game was ended early due to lightning with under 15 minutes left to play. Both

Will Boehmer were able to get a shot on goal in the game.
