How It Happened
- Mitchell College took an early 2-0 lead in the 1st inning.
- It was a pitching battle the rest of the way as both Christina Broccolino for Rosemont and Kacee Hirst for Mitchell pitched very well.
- Mitchell College went on to win the game 2-0.

How It Happened
- During the first 3 innings, neither team was able to get on the board because of superb pitching by both starting pitchers, Taylor Lindsay for York and Dani Sharpe for Rosemont.
- York took a 1-0 lead in the top of the 4th inning on a wild pitch.
- The Spartans would add 6 runs in the top of the 5th inning to take a 7-0 lead.
- The Spartans added 2 more runs in the 6th inning, to go on to win the game 9-0.
