Wellesley, MA—The Rosemont Men's Soccer team traveled to Wellesley, Massachusetts for their first NCAA appearance to play the 19^th nationally ranked team, Amherst College. The Ravens held strong with a great defensive performance the first half, but Amherst broke through in the 19^th minute with a header, to take the lead 1-0. Shortly after, Amherst scored their second goal in the 22^nd minute off a set piece. The Mammoths went into halftime up 2-0.

The Ravens battled shutting down the Mammoths for the first 25 minutes of the second half, but Amherst scored their 3^rd goal in the 73^rd minute, followed closely by their 4^th in the 74^th. The match ended 5-0 for Amherst with a late goal in the 85^th minute.

Although the match did not end the way the Ravens would have hoped, the program had a remarkable season, setting numerous records for the program, the athletic department, and the college.
This season, the Rosemont Men's Soccer made history by achieving the following:

  • Ian Dolan, Clayton Crosse, Matthew Pattison, and Kaiden Fields tied for 9 Assists
  • Kaiden Fields with 49 points this season
• Goalkeeper Wins in a Single Season
  • Todd Berman with 12 wins
• Most Team Wins in a Season: 12
• Ranked 4^th in the Nation with Points Per Game
• Ranked 5^th in the Nation with Scoring
• Ranked 6^th in the Nation with Team Assists per Game
• Ranked 7^th in the Nation with Goals (Fields: 20)
• Ranked 9^th in the Nation with Points (172)
