Rosmeont, PA- The Rosemont men's lacrosse team defeated Cairn 22-3 on Wednesday evening in their home opener. The Ravens now stand at 2-0 for the season. 

How it Happened 

• The Ravens came out to a good start after scoring nine goals in the first half alone 
• Defense was stifling for the Ravens, keeping them with possession for the majority of the first half 
• The game was an all around team effort with eight different Ravens scoring a goal 
• The Ravens allowed the Highlanders to score only three goals 

Inside the Box Score 

• Mason Dennis led the Ravens in scoring with six goals 
• Brandon Krausse scored five goals, while Andrew Adams added three goals 
• Shawn McConnell, AJ Thompson and Stephen McLauglin all notched two goals for the Ravens
• AJ Thompson led the Ravens in assists with three
• On the defensive end, Stephen McLaughlin caused five turnovers
• In the net, Mark Porter only allowed one goal and finished with had two saves, while Sam Buck added three saves.
