Fields sets record in win over Gwynedd Mercy

Gwynedd, PA-Last night, the Rosemont Men's Soccer team had a record setting performance as a part of dominating early season road win against former conference opponent, Gwynedd Mercy University, 6-1. Rosemont controlled the play all night allowing Junior Transfer Kaiden Fields to create in open space. Fields successfully set up his teammates three times breaking the Rosemont Men's Soccer single game assist mark. The previous mark of two had been done numerous times, most recently by Christian Rafter in 2018. Fields' accomplishment's do not stop there, with his three assists tonight, he has five on the season, which is already the single most assists in an individual season for the Ravens. 
 
Fields' also added a goal on his special night, which opened the scoring just shy of four minutes into the game. FR Shawn-Thomas McConnell was the recipient of Fields' first assist scoring his first career Rosemont goal in the 6th minute. GR Tim Reiners added the first of his two goals off of an assist from GR Will Boehmer in the 20th minute as the Ravens put the contest seemingly out of reach in the first half, 3-0. In the early minutes of the second half, the Griffins cut the lead to 3-1. However, the Raven's answered the call adding goals from JR Alex Arriola, FR Clayton Crosse, and Reiners. The 6-1 lead and eventual final score reflects the total control the Raven's had throughout the evening.

The Ravens return to play Saturday, September 18th at 7:00 as they travel to Albright College, in Reading, PA.
