Morristown, NJ. The Lady Ravens Traveled to Saint Elizabeth College to Take Place in a Match Against the Eagles.
What Happened:
The match on the pitch started with offensive pressure from Rosemont leading to a few shots but was countered in the 7', as Saint Elizabeth got their first corner but to no prevail Rosemont took the ball back down to their side of the field. This is where
Sarah Warner broke through the defense to score the first goal of the match in the 37' and her third goal of the season. Not long after
Alona Stanley found
Cassidy Smith breaking for an open goal in the 39'. The math went to half 2-0. The 2nd half was a coaching battle as Rosemont made substitutions early into the half giving a different look confusing the Saint Elizabeth offense. Thanks to great coaching, the girls held on to win the game 2-0 and extend their win steak to three games.
What's Next:
The lady Ravens will host Bryn Athyn at 4pm on their home turf as they head into the thick of conference play.
