The Rosemont girls came out with a flame in their home opener, going up 2-0 at the end of the first half. Goals were scored by Cassidy Smith (assisted by Danielle DiMarco) and Kassidy Phillips (Unassisted) Between the posts Emily Rossino also collected five saves in the first 45'. Coming out of the half Cassidy Smith knocked in her second goal of the game (assisted by Kassidy Phillips) increasing the ravens lead to 3-0. This is where Penn State came alive scoring their first goal in the 56' by Madison McDowell, she scored three straight goals to tie the game with 12 remaining. #3 Kaya Mobley put the final goal in for the Nittany Lions to give then the lead in the 86'. The girls look to bounce back as they take on Centenary University on the road this Saturday.
