Baltimore, MD| The Rosemont Ravens Women's Soccer team Traveled to Baltimore on Saturday 10/19 to take on The Notre Dame of Maryland University Gators on Their Home Turf for an United East Matchup.
How it Happened:
Amanda Ritter started in goal for the Ravens as they kicked off this United East Matchup.
The Ravens brought the offensive pressure early into the game tallying seven shots from six different players in the first 15' of the game. After a shot by the Gators was out left, from a goal kick th Ravens were able to convert their first goal of the game from Sarah Warmer assisted by
Jaylin Davis in the 27' giving the Ravens a 1-0 advantage in the match. The Ravens would tally six more shot attempts in the half as the lead 1-0.
The second half the Ravens offense would continue to pressure the Gators defense creating eleven consecutive shot attempts ti open the half. This effort would lead to a goal from
Cassidy Smith assisted by
Anna Nicosia in the 66th minute.
Kassidy Phillips would add onto the Ravens lead with a goal of her own to extend the Ravens lead to 3-0.
The Ravens would tue their 5th all time shots attempted in a game with 38 shots, as the Ravens defeated the Gators 3-0.

The Ravens will travel back to Maryland on Tuesday 10/22 at 5pm to take on Saint Mary's University on their home turf.Â
