Rosemont, PA| The Ravens hosted the Wilson College Phoenix in their Final game of the United East Conference Play. Before the contest Rosemont's Bella Goodrich, Abigial Peace, Cassidy Smith, and Brenna Orosz were Honored for Senior Day.
How it Happened:
Amanda Ritter started in goal for the Ravens as they kicked off their last regular season game.
The Wilson offense took control to start the game putting the Ravens defense to the test early in the match. Amanda Ritter would go on to make seven saves in the first half of the contest keeping the score tied 0-0. Shots by Cassidy Smith and Abigial Harding to end the half for the Ravens as the half ended tied 0-0.
The second half the Ravens offense was again pressured early as the Phoenix broke through for their first goal in the 56th minute and would add another goal in the 64th minute. Ritter would make three more saves in the contest bringing her game total to ten saves as the Ravens fell to the Wilson Phoenix 3-0.
What's Next:
Rosemont Women's soccer would finish their season as the eleven seed in the United East Playoffs as they earn themselves a first round match up versus Lancaster Bible College at 6pm on October 29th in Lancaster.
