Rosemont, PA| The Ravens hosted the Bryn Athyn Lions on October 2nd at 7pm as Women's Soccer Kicked off United East Conference Play.

Mandy Ritter Started between the posts for the Ravens as they looked to continue their win streak.Â
The Lions brought early offensive pressure to the Ravens Back-line, three shots from Bryn Athyn in the first ten minutes of the game all saved by
Amanda Ritter.
Sarah Warner would find the back of the net for the Ravens in the 14' with a right foot goal assisted by
Rena Kotsedakis, giving the Ravens a early 1-0 advantage. The remainder of the first half, both teams had their chances to score, the Ravens defense stepped up creating weak shots for the Lions as they would hold the 1-0 lead into the half.
The second half started with shots from both sides, substitutions by Rosemont would give fresh bodies at the 57' mark. A foul in the box for the Lions would set up a Penalty Kick for #20
Erin McLaughlin as she was able to covert giving the Ravens a 2-0 advantage in the 60'. Bryn Athyn would continue to press their offensive attack, creating multiple shot opportunities, the Ravens would hold strong defending off 18 total shot attempts in the game with nine shots on target. Rosemont would hold onto the lead for the remainder of the game as the would beat the Bryn Athyn Lions 2-0.
