St. Mary's City, Maryland| Rosemont College Kicked off the Start of their Track and Field Programs in Showing at St. Mary's Home Invitational.
Rosemont College Started their Men's and Women's Track Programs this year Coach by Emily Ann Dooley.Â
Noor Shamsi-Basha competed in the Women's 800 meter finishing with a time of 3:24.55 that placed her in 10th for the meet.
Justin Lane competed in the Men's Discuss throwing a distance of 34m placing him in 7th for the event.Â
Mark Laywhyee competed in the Men's 100m dash, finishing with a time of 12.55 seconds and earning himself a 17th place finish.Â
Micah Volpe competed in the Men's 1500 meter, placing 3rd with an extremely impressive time of 4:42.Â
Rounding off the Ravens was
Tim Mulderig who placed 9th in the Men's 800m with a time of 2:56
What's Next:
Rosemont will travel to Millersville University this upcoming Saturday, April 6th to compete in their Invitational event. Go Ravens!
