Track and Field Shows at United East Tournament as They Complete Their Inaugural Season

Erie, PA| Rosemont Traveled to Erie to Comepte in the Regional Championship, Hosted by Penn State Behrend.
Day one:

Multiple records for Rosemont as Justin Lane would impress in the discuss as he threw for a PR of 25.89 meters! 

Noor Shashi-Basha would run hard through the line in the Women's 800 and 400 passing fellow competitors at the finish line in both events.

Tim Mulderrig ran a phenomenal mens 800 meter but was DQ after setting a PR of eleven seconds due to a lane violation. 

Micah Volpe would win his heat of the 1500m after taking a large lead on the beginning of the race and pacing himself, holding the lead for the final two laps.

Shane Dao held onto to a competitive pack who all had season bests about eighteen seconds faster than his time, he pushed hard in the field and got himself an eleven second PR. 

Coach Emily said "The athletes were extremely happy with their performances, all of them ran or threw season bests at the meet."
