Philadelphia, PA | The Rosemont Ravens Lacrosse Team Traveled to Holy Family University on Wednesday Febuary 26th to Take on the Tigers.
How it Happened: Starting in goal for the Ravens was #15 James Czarnaski.Â
The Ravens would struggle to slow down the Tigers offense to open the game as Holy Family would capitalize on the Ravens turnovers.The Tigers would take a seven to nothing lead before
Frank Usavage would break through for the Ravens with a goal assisted by
Jayden Hogg.
The Ravens would only force eight turnovers in the contest led by
Nathan Howe with two.Â
At the half, Ther Ravens would trail the Tigers 1-11.
Coming out of the half, Andrew "juice" Menold would go in the goal for Rosemont.Â
Holy Family would find the early success in the second half building their lead on the Ravens. NaVarro Blakes would find the Ravens second goal late in the third quarter unassisted.
Rosemont would add two more goals in the fourth, first by
Michael Dukes for his first Collegiate goal assisted by NaVarro Blakes, followed by
Greg Wever assisted by
Jayden Hogg.Â
The Ravens drop to 0-2 on the season as they look to get in the w9in column this weekend on the road versus Mount Saint Mary's College (NY).
