The Rosemont Student Athlete Advisory Committee (RSAAC) is comprised of twenty representatives, two from each varsity team, two Co-Presidents, Secretary, and Treasurer elected from the general student-athlete body. One representative from the Athletic Department serve as advisors. The RSAAC serves as an outlet to communicate ideas, concerns, and needs of the student-athletes to its Athletic Department. They also serve in an advisory capacity for Rosemont, Conference, and NCAA policies, as well as activities that affect their teams.
Student-Athlete Criteria for Team Representatives
• At least two athletes per sport.
• Each coach determines the selection process by which the members are chosen.
• Student-athletes must be in good academic standing.
• One member must be a non-senior.
• Selection criteria includes demonstrated leadership abilities and a dedication to progress of the athletic department.
SAAC Membership Responsibilities
• Attend all monthly meetings and SAAC related activities throughout the academic year.
• Organize team members to participate in any SAAC related activities.
• Inform all teammates and coaches of SAAC discussions and obtain feedback and insight to represent the team.

Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Rosemont College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is to enhance the student-athlete experience by promoting opportunity, protecting student-athlete welfare, acting as a liaison between student-athletes and administration, and fostering a positive student-athlete image.
