- College Transcripts
- Are your prior college transcripts available to share to your new NCAA school?
- Eligibility Clock
- Do you have any remaining eligibility to compete in your sport after transferring?
- 10 Full-time Semesters to play FOUR seasons of competition
- Transfer Eligibility
- Are you able to meet a transfer exemption to waive eligibility after transferring?
- Permission to Contact
- Have you initiated the proper transfer protocol and communication with compliance staff?
- International Student-Athletes
- Register for an Amateurism-Only certification account through the NCAA Eligibility Center
Use this form so you may contact another NCAA Division III college or university's athletic staff members (including coaches) about a possible transfer. This form does NOT allow contact between athletic department staff members at NCAA Division I or II institutions. Â
