Effective August 2016 the Rosemont Department of Athletics announced the hiring of Francine Roseman as the Head Coach of their Softball program.
For the prior two seasons, Roseman was the Head Softball Coach at Montgomery County Community College (MCCC). Before taking the position as Head Coach, she was the Assistant Softball Coach at the University of the Sciences for their 2014 season.
With detailed knowledge of multiple sports, while at MCCC Roseman also was the Head Coach of their Basketball program and an Assistant Coach of their Soccer program.
When asked about her coaching position at Rosemont, Coach Roseman said, “I’m very excited to join Rosemont College’s Athletic Department. I’m looking forward to the challenges of guiding the Raven’s Softball team to success. My student-athletes can expect a challenging, yet fun and fulfilling experience to provide positive life memories.”
Coach Roseman graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications. While at the University of Tampa, Roseman was a member of the women’s basketball and softball programs.
