How It Happened

The Rosemont men's soccer team looked to get back into good form today, as they made the long trek to northern Pennsylvania to take on the Keystone Giants. Half number one saw the game go back-and-forth with neither team being able to get out in front as the sides went to halftime level at  0-0.

The second half saw a whole different game unfold. The match would continue scoreless until the 66:35 mark when a foul committed by the Ravens inside of the 18-yard box resulted in a penalty kick for the Giants Haris Sabovic. He would make no mistake beating keeper Zach Bowe to make it 1-0. Then in the 72nd minute it would be Sabovic once again getting on the board after taking a through ball from Abreham Kittel and slotted it in to the far post running the score to 2-0. In the final 10 minutes Keystone added another pair to close out the scoring at 4-0.
