How It Happened
On a beautiful fall afternoon at the Ravens Athletic Complex, the Ravens were poised to pull even in the CSAC standings with the visiting Mighty Macs of Immaculata. The first half saw a back and forth possession game with neither side able to break through, and it would end scoreless. The Mighty Macs had the better of the chances outshooting the Ravens 10-3.

In half number two, again it was Immaculata taking the play to the Ravens getting a lot of quality chances which forced keeper Jenna Kaiser to come up with some clutch saves. At the 61:24 mark, the Mighty Macs persistence was rewarded, when Morgan McDonough crossed a ball off of the left wing that found the feet of Erica Buckley and she was able to slide it into the net making it 1-0. Rosemont had a great opportunity a few minutes later when Madeline Polino found herself on a breakaway from 25 yards out, but her shot was stopped by goalie Allie Tracey. Then in the 70th minute it would be McDonough who buried her shot into the top of the net for a 2-0 edge. From there Immaculata saw the game out to leave the with the win.
