Ravens Bested By Mighty Macs

How It Happened
The Ravens came out on Saturday afternoon poised to pick up their first win of the season. Unfortunately for Rosemont the visiting Mighty Macs of Immaculata were not willing to let the win come at their expense as they defeated the Ravens in straight sets.

In the first set, Immaculata jumped out early taking a 4-0 lead, but Rosemont would hang tough winning 9 of the next 13 points to take a 9-8 lead. That lead would be short-lived as the Mighty Macs went on a 17-2 run to take the set.

With the second set close at 14-12 for Immaculata the Mighty Macs would take 11 out of the next 16 points to win the set. In the third set, things did not get any better for the Ravens as Immaculata jumped out to an impressive 15-4 lead. They would then go on a 10-1 run to take the set and the match.
