How It Happened
The Rosemont men's lacrosse team stormed out in a big way today, running out to a 4-0 lead after the end of the first quarter to take early control of the game. The Ravens would score the first two goals in the 2nd quarter to open up a 6-0 lead with 6:29 left in the first half. Neumann would answer with two goals to get back to within 6-2, but a momentum-generating goal from Stephen Licata with five seconds left in the half provided the Ravens with a five goal lead at the break, 7-2.

Thirty-seven seconds into the 3rd quarter, Neumann narrowed the difference to 7-3, but the Ravens took full control of the game from that point, scoring the last four goals of the quarter to lead 11-3 going into the final stanza. Three more goals from Rosemont gave them a commanding 14-3 lead with 9:52 left in the game. Seconds later, the Knights would score, but with 6:58 left in the game, goals from Justin Miller and, 30 seconds later, from Remington Walker would seal the final score and give the win to Rosemont.
