Ravens Lose Chippy Match With Widener

How It Happened

In a match that saw seven cards (six yellow and one red), as well as five goals it was the Ravens coming up on the short-end of a 4-1 decision at the hands of Widener University. The Pride took the lead three minutes before the half on a goal by John Colbert.

In the second half Widener would take a 2-0 lead on a penalty kick by Tommy O'Keefe. Rosemont would pull one back about six minutes later as a free kick from Cavit Ula deflected off of the Pride wall and into the goal. Widener would then add two more goals in a five minute span late in the half to close out a 4-1 victory over the Ravens.
