RADNOR, Pa. - It was a tough evening for the Rosemont men's basketball team on Tuesday night. The Ravens saw a late lead slip away in the final seconds of an 85-84 loss to neighborhood rival Cabrini at Nerney Field House.
TURNING POINT:
The Ravens and Cavaliers traded leads down the stretch in the second half, with Rosemont eventually grabbing a four-point edge with under 20 seconds to play. However, a DJ Smith 3-pointer would cut that edge to one. After a Rosemont turnover, Voshon Mack's layup with seven seconds left gave the Cavs the 85-84 lead they would never relinquish. A final attempt for a game-winning shot fell short at the buzzer for the Ravens.Â
