GLASSBORO, N.J. - It was another tough night for the Rosemont women's soccer attack, as the Ravens were held to one shot during a 10-0 loss to Rowan University in a non-conference game in South Jersey.
Rosemont has been held without a goal through the first three games and has generated only eight shots in the three contest combined. The one Ravens shot on Tuesday night came off the foot of
Madeline Polino in the first half.
Rowan received three goals for Daria Jones coming off the Profs bench. Caitlyn Cordell and Cathryn McCarry scored two goals each for the Rowan offensive attack, which threw 20 shots towards
Emma Lindsay. Lindsay had five saves on the night- a third straight game of over five saves in the game.
The loss was the Ravens only road game among the first eight of the season. The Ravens will play five straight games at home - starting with Saturday afternoon's home contest at the Ravens Athletic Complex against neighborhood rival and former CSACÂ foe Cabrini. Kickoff is set for 12 noon.
