Bench proves deep as Ravens roll to big win over Neumann

KEY MOMENT: Rosemont jumped out early on the Knights, grabbing a 38-20 lead midway through the second quarter. Part of that happened when a number of Ravens players found themselves in some early foul trouble. Ricks had a big impact, scoring 10 in the first half on 4 of 8 shooting while Benson had 11 of her 17 in the session.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:

- Thursday night was Murray's fourth game out of 12 with more than 20 points. In three of those games, she has recorded more than 10 rebounds. 

- Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter had 13 rebounds- a new season high for her- and five assists on the night. Naone-Carter also had three blocks.

- Ayanna Thompson had eight points and eight assists while turning the ball over only once. 

- The Ravens enjoyed a 55-38 advantage over Neumann on the boards. That lead to a 27-7 edge in second chance points and a 30-12 margin in the paint.

- Nafisa Saunders had 40 points on the night for Neumann, including 18-of-20 from the foul line. She recorded 11 rebounds and four assists along with three blocks and a steal. 

UP NEXT: The Ravens are back in its Colonial States Athletic Conference schedule on Jan. 8 against Cairn at Alumnae Hall. Tip-off time is 6 p.m. Rosemont will then head onto the road for two road games at Keystone and at Centenary on Jan. 10 and 12.
