ROSEMONT - There have been many miles logged already away from home and some potholes hit along the way. But Rosemont's men's basketball team on Tuesday night found a little home cooking and team basketball to their liking
The Ravens reopened the Colonial States Athletic Conference season with a strong effort as four players broke into double figures during an 86-56 win over Bryn Athyn Tuesday night in a CSAC contest at Alumnae Hall.
The Ravens (5-8, 1-1 CSAC) were playing their second home game at Alumnae Hall and appeared to like the comforts of home in the win.
KEY MOMENT: A 46-30 first half for the home team was highlighted by a 19-for-33 shooting performance from the floor and a 14-4 edge in points off turnovers. From that point, the Ravens never looked back.
INSIDE THE BOXSCORE:
- Alex Epps-Ortiz scored a season high 19 points and grabbed three rebounds on the evening.
- Jalil Myers had 17 points, eight rebounds and four assists.
- Khaleel Henry had a season high 16 points along with three steals and two assists.
