Rosemont, PA- The women's soccer team took on Wilson College for their home, "Senior Day" matchup on Thursday evening and lost 2-1.

The Ravens came out in the first half aggressive and out shot the Phoenix 6-3, however there was a miscommunication on the defensive end in the 38^th minute of the first half as the Phoenix were able to gain the lead 1-0.

In the second half, Rosemont came out looking to tie the game; however Wilson scored their second goal of the game in the 69^th minute to push the score to 2-0. The Ravens did not go out without a fight. The Ravens remained aggressive and senior, Emily Johnston put her team on the board with a goal at the 79:57 mark. Rosemont tried to execute off several corner kicks, but could not get one to go.

The Ravens will be back in action on Saturday, October 26^th as they hit the road to take on Keystone College at 1:00 pm.

#15 Emily Johnston: Emily was voted one of the 2 captains by the team this year. She has been a 4 year player for Rosemont and has stepped up in a defensive role this year. Over her past 4 years she has totaled 9 goals and 6 assists. Emily will graduate with a degree in Business Management.
