ROSEMONT -
Ben Koszelak,
Dylan Hummel and
Brandon Krausse had big offensive days as Rosemont kicked off the
Ernie Shapiro era with a 16-6 win over College of Mount St. Vincent Saturday in a non-conference men's lacrosse game at the Ravens Athletic Complex.
Rosemont (1-0) matched its win total from a season ago when it finished 1-14.
Koszelak- who was the Ravens leading goal scorer last season, scored five goals on 11 shots Saturday afternoon. Most of his goals had assists from Hummel, who had three goals and six assists on the afternoon thanks to some nifty passing from side to side.
Krausse finished with four goals on the afternoon.
Rosemont will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to FDU-Florham for a 7 p.m.
