Capece, Leonard, Kleiner, Reiners earn All-CSAC honors in tennis

Julie Capece, Chase Leonard, David Kleiner and Timothy Reiners were all selected for All-Colonial States Athletic Conference honors in tennis by the Conference coaches in announcements made on Wednesday and Thursday.

Capece and Kleiner both earned first team All-CSAC selections as singles players. Capece is on a nine-match winning streak and finished 9-3 overall for the Ravens. Kleiner posted two wins while playing at No. 1 singles for the Ravens all season long.

Leonard and Reiners were both honored with second team selections. Leonard has the most wins on the Ravens this season, going 10-2 in singles play and winning her last nine matches. Reiners also had picked up two wins while playing at the No. 3 singles spot for the year.

In addition to the singles honors, Capece and Leonard were honored with a second team selection in the doubles category. The two combined to go 4-7 as a doubles squad this year.

Capece was the winner of the CSAC's Sportsmanship Award for the women's squad. On the men's side, the Sportsmanship award winner was Nick Tortorella.
