HACKETTSTOWN, NEW JERSEY - The women's soccer team opened up their conference play with a matchup against the Cyclones of Centenary University on Saturday afternoon and were defeated 7-0.
The Cyclones scored their first goal at the 4:26 mark. Rosemont played with great energy in the first half but were unable to score. The Cyclones led 2-0 at halftime. Centenary scored five goals in the second half and outshot Rosemont 21-9 for the game.

Maciana Mazzeo created some great shot opportunities but were unable to score. They combined for 7 shots on goal. Sophomore goalie,
Emma Lindsay had seven saves for the Ravens. It was an intense game that featured 15 total fouls, 11 by Centenary and four by Rosemont.

Rosemont's record is now 3-5. Next up they face Carin University at home on Tuesday, October 1 at 7:00 pm.
