Bryn Athyn, PA- The women's basketball team took on the Lions of Bryn Athyn College in a conference matchup on Saturday afternoon and lost 68-67 in overtime.
Rosemont jumped out to an early 10-4 lead and ended the first quarter leading 13-9. Bryn Athyn outscored Rosemont 21-9 in the second quarter. In the first half Rosemont shot 25% from the field while Bryn Athyn shot 41%. Bryn Athyn led 30-22 at halftime.

The Ravens trailed 39-28 with 6:15 left in the third quarter, before going on a 13-2 run to cut the Lions lead to 41-39. Bryn Athyn led 45-39 after the third quarter.
During the fourth quarter the Ravens trailed 56-48 with 6:20 left in the game, but fought their way back to tie the game with great defense and free throw shooting. Rosemont trailed by 2 with 1:02 left in the game. Jamira Greene was fouled and made two clutch free throws to tie the game at 60-60. Rosemont shot 10-12 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. Both teams had a chance to score in the final minute but were unable to convert.

During overtime, it was a back and forth game, and the Ravens came up just short.
Angel Ricks led the team with 25 points and 15 rebounds. Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter had 22 points and 6 rebounds. Jamira Greene had 7 points, 11 assists, and 4 rebounds. Allison Berdel had 9 points and 14 rebounds for the Ravens.

The women's basketball record is now 5-10 and 3-5 in Conference Play. The Ravens host Centenary College at home on Wednesday, January 22^nd at 6:00 PM.
