Reading, PA- The men's volleyball team played their first ever match against Alvernia University on Tuesday evening losing 3-0.

The Ravens dropped the first set 25-4. Alvernia had 7 kills in the first set, compared to Rosemont which had 1.

Rosemont dropped the second set 25-5. Alvernia had 11 attack attmepts compared to Rosemont's 7.

During the third set, the Ravens battled hard and had 19 attack attempts compared to Alvernia's 16.
The Ravens lost the third set 25-9.

Heriberto Hernandez Jr. led the team with 3 kills. Kyree Hence had 2 kills and 1 assist.
Andrew Adams had 4 assists for the Ravens. Alex Ho had 2 digs.

The Ravens are back in action on Thursday, January 30^th when they face Widener University in an away matchup.
