Clarks Summit, PA- The women's basketball team faced the Defenders of Clarks Summit University in an away matchup Wednesday evening and lost 84-62.
Rosemont jumped out to an early 5-0 lead. Clarks Summit would respond by going on an 11-0 run. Both teams traded baskets at the end of the first quarter and Clarks Summit led 20-15.
During the second quarter, Clarks Summit extended their lead to double digits, but the Ravens battled hard.
Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter had 18 points in the first half to lead the Ravens. Rosemont trailed 41-30 at halftime.
To start the third quarter, Rosemont cut the lead down to 45-38. Clarks Summit would extend their lead back to double digits, before Rosemont chipped away at the lead. The Ravens trailed 55-49 with 1:44 left in the third quarter. The Defenders scored the final five points in the quarter, and led 60-49 going into the fourth quarter.
Clarks Summit extended their lead in the fourth quarter and outscored Rosemont 24-13.
Ke'alohilani Naone-Carter had a game high 30 points.
Angel Ricks had 12 points and 13 rebounds.

The Ravens will be back in action on Saturday February 15
th when they travel to Allentown, PA to take on Cedar Crest College at 1:00 PM.
