Rosemont, PA- The men's volleyball team matched up against Neumann University on Tuesday night losing 3-0.
The Ravens fell behind early and lost the first set 25-6. Neumann had 13 kills.
During the second set, the match was close with Rosemont trailing 12-8, before Neumann pulled away late winning the set 25-13.
Rosemont had an early 4-1 lead in the third set, and it was a back and forth battle. The score was tied 11-11, but Neumann would go on to win the third set 25-14. Rosemont had 8 kills in the third set.
Heriberto Hernandez led the team with 5 kills.
Nick Tortorella had 4 kills and 3 digs for the Ravens.
Kyree Hence contributed 3 kills and 3 assists.
Andrew Adams led the team with 10 assists and 4 digs.
The Ravens will compete in a tri-match on Saturday, February 8
th at Arcadia University. Rosemont will play Hunter College at 3:00 PM, followed by Arcadia University at 5:00 PM.
