Center Valley, PA- The Men's basketball team lost their matchup against DeSales University on Wednesday afternoon with a final score of 75-60. The first ten minutes of the first half was even play with DeSales and Rosemont going back in forth. The Bulldogs then started to break away after several offensive rebounds oftentimes resulting in a three point attempt. The Ravens then got into a cold streak and found themselves down 40-26 at the half.
The Ravens played much better in the second half, nearly tying the Bulldogs in scoring in the half at 34 to 35 respectfully. The Ravens finished the game shooting 47 percent from the field, and 36 percent from the three point line.
Sr Marlon Sharpton lead all Ravens in scoring with 12 points along with 4 assists.
Sr Zaire Mitchell followed up in scoring with 10 points.
Sr Jamir Carr and Sr Tyler Michels rounded out the scoring for the ravens with 9 points each.
Rosemont will be back in action Saturday, Nov 13th against Ursinus College at 1pm.
