Abington, PA-The Rosemont Women's basketball team open their season facing Penn State Abington panthers resulting in a final box score of 82-74. The Ravens were able to connect on 50 percent of their field goals attempted throughout the first half along with shooting 72 percent from the three point line. This resulted in a 44-36 lead for the Ravens heading into halftime. Foul trouble for the ravens allowed for the opposing to regain the lead within the closing minutes.
Fr Alyssa Rogers lead all ravens in scoring with 19 points followed by 6 assists and 4 rebounds.

Angel Ricks followed up in scoring with 10 points all while shooting 50 percent and going a perfect 4-4 from the foul line.
