Rosemont, PA-The Ravens had a great showing against the University of Valley Forge Patriots Thursday night and earned their first home win of the season! The two teams battled serve for serve going into extra points in the first set, but ultimately came out on top with an ace from FR
Joey Richards ending the set with a score of 30-28.
Heading into the second set, the Ravens put up 7 unanswered points until a service error left the Patriots in possession. Rosemont came away with a win in the second set with an ace from SR
Travis Simpson and a final score of 26-24.
The Patriots pulled away with a win in the third set to win 25-20, but the Ravens won the fourth set to secure the win. Ending the fourth set with a score of 25 to 18 was a kill by JR Venney Verdi from FR

Andrew Adams with 14. Adams had an astounding 18 assists for the match and 5 aces. FR
