Rosemont, PA – Rosemont College Women's Volleyball (1-0) started the 2022 regular season with a win against Delaware Valley Thursday evening. The Ravens defeated Del Val in the season opener 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-11).

The Aggies got out to an early lead in a tight first set, before the Ravens battled back to a thrilling first set win 25-23. The Raven would take control applying continuous offensive pressure taking the next two sets 25-14 and 25-11.  
 
Notables vs. Delaware Valley

• Maddie McCarthy led the Ravens with five service aces, along with adding Five kills in a impressive season debut.
• In her collegiate debut Izzy Reilly recorded 22 assists, four service aces and two kills.
• Evora Kaiwi & Rachel Beall lead the Raven with six kills apiece.
