Collegeville, PA| Over this past weekend, the Ravens traveled to Helfferich Hall to take on a solid non-conference opponent in the Ursinus Bears.
How it Happened:
First half of this non-conference matchup, the Ravens were put up an competitive effort by staying reach of the Bears with good execution and high energy on the defensive end. Trailing 19-33, the Ravens put together a 11-3 run to the cut the lead down to eight points. Entering the second half with the score of 33-47, the Ursinus Bears sparked a 27-3 run to pull away from the Ravens and coast to a 92-54 victory over the Ravens. Zaki Gomez, who drilled 4 threes along with his 17 points on 71% from the field. Also, the Ravens had good production from leading scorer in sophomore
Denelle Holly, who produced 10 points with team-high 3 assists, along with freshman forward
Dejuan Taylor, that put together a solid game with 8 points and team high 6 rebounds.

The Ravens are now 0-4 and looking forward to gain momentum this Sunday, November 26 in Alumnae Hall against a solid opponent in Baruch College.
