Bryn Mawr, PA| Cedar Crests Women's Basketball team travelled to Rosemont to take on the Ravens in their Home Gym
How it Happened:Â
From the tip, Rosemont was able to get out to an early lead 4-0 on the falcons, but their offensive ball movement was able to penetrate the Rosemont offense. As they would go back and fourth through the first quarter as Cedar Crest took the lead 11-7 with 3 minutes left in the first quarter. The Falcons found a surge of offense at the end of the quarter going on a 7-0 run to end the quarter leading 20-11. Cedar Crest fed off of this momentum into the second quarter as the increased on their lead and dominated on the defensive end, as they turned defense into offense they were able to build upon to their lead as they lead at the half 40-25. Rosemont kept their head up as they were able to work, cutting the lead to 10 out of half. Cedar Crest battled as they slowed down the Rosemont offense holding them to 12 pts in the quarter as Cedar crest lead through the 3rd 60-35. The 4th Rosemont would work on their offensive and defensive rotations as they were able to get some good looks on defense and offense. the game ended with a final score of 83-50 as Cedar Crest topped the Ravens. Rosemont was led by Mojisola Skokeye with 13pts followed by
Lakay Holloway with 10 pts.

Rosemont will travel to Saint Elizabeth this Wednesday the 17th as they will take on the Defenders in a doubleheader starting a 6pm with the Men's team after, on their home court.
