Saint Mary's City, MD| The Rosemont Ravens Traveled to Saint Mary's college of Maryland for the Second Game of the Ravens versus Seahawks Double Header.
How it Happened:
Gunner Hoffman started between the posts for the Ravens as they kicked off this United East Matchup.
Rosemont found themselves on defense early as the Seahawks pressured the Ravens back line early in the game. After two offside calls and a save by
Gunner Hoffman, the Seahawks scored two early goals at 12' and 14' taking a 2-0 lead over the Ravens.
Timothy Kane found two shots in response for the Ravens but was unable to find the back of the net as substitutions in the 30th minute would bring on fresh legs for the Ravens. Unable to find another shot attempt in the half for the Ravens offense the defense stepped up holding the score going into the half.
The second half the Seahawks found a goal off a corner kick in the 46th minute. The Ravens found themselves trailing 3-0 in the start of the second,
Timothy Kane would find two more shot attempts along with one from
Mason Quinton but the Ravens were unable to respond. The Ravens would find more opportunities later in the contest with shots from
Sean Milelli,Â
Henry Acosta,
Justin Thomas, and
Luke Humes that were all saved by the Seahawks goalkeeper. The Ravens would fall to the Seahawks 3-0.
