Scranton, PA| The Rosemont Ravens Women's Basketball Team Traveled to Marywood University to Challenge the Pacers in an Out of Conference Matchup.
How it Happened: Starting for the Ravens was #06 Symone Wilson, #10 TeKira Knox,
#11 Lakay Holloway, #13 Aniya McDaniel, and #24 Olivia Hamme.
The Ravens would play great defense throughout the game forcing the Pacers into uncomfortable shots.
Lakay Holloway would score first in the game going one of two from the free throw line. The Pacers would gain a nine point lead at one point in the first quarter on the Ravens but buckets in the paint from
Aniya McDaniel and Holloway would the Ravens back within five going into the second quarter. The Ravens struggled to score in the second quarter, the Pacers would extend their lead to 18 at the half.
The second half Holloway would open up the half with a layup in an effort to jump start the Ravens offense. The Ravens defense would hold the Pacers to only 12 points in the quarter as the Ravens would score 10 in the third. The Ravens would end the game with a 8-2 run as the Ravens would fall to the Pacers 37-60.
