Bryn Mawr, PA| Saint Elizabeth Traveled down to Rosemont to play the final United East Matchup of the Year in Alumnae Hall.
How it Happened:
From the jump Saint Elizabeth got out to a quick run to go up early on the Ravens 11-0. Coach Hughes would allow the Ravens to find their flow for the game, not calling a timeout and making some small substitutions. The Ravens found themselves right back into the game with 10 minutes left in the first half the score was 19-13. through the rest of the first half, both offenses shined shooting over 40% from the field. Rosemont would find themselves down 11 (29-18) with 7 minutes left in the half, Rosemont would rally and take the lead before half on the back of a 19-5 run to end the half. Rosemont would head to the locker room with a lead, 37-34. 
The second half, would start with some back and forth as Saint Elizabeth would take a small lead and Rosemont would rally and take the lead back. Rosemont would lose the lead at the 15 minute mark, for the rest of the game they trailed as Coach Hughes attempted to encourage the team more and more. Zaki Gomez would make two big threes with 2 minutes coming down the stretch to keep the ravens in the game. His second three coming with 44 seconds left to pull the Ravens within three points. The Eagles would hold on to beat the Ravens 81-78.
Rosemont was led by Zaki Gomez and Brian Mordi each with 20 points. Mordi went 4-5 from 3pt range and Gomez shot 5-9 from 3 point range, their shooting combined for 30 points beyond the arc.
