Middletown, PA| The Rosemont Ravens Traveled to Penn State Harrisburg to take on the Nittany Lions in the Capital Union Building in an United East Matchup.
Starting for the Ravens was #01 Zaki Gomez, #02 Ty Jones, #03 Chris Taylor, #04 Brandon Moore, and #12 Tyler Jackson.
How it Happened:
Trailing early in the contest, the Ravens defense continued to pressure holding Harrisburg to only five points though the first eight minutes of the contest.
Tyler Scarpulla and
Chris Taylor would get inside, scoring in the paint for Rosemont.
Brandon Moore would tie the game at ten points a piece on a steal and score. The Raves offense continued to score with the momentum, taking the lead with a
Zaki Gomez three assisted by
Chris Taylor. The Nittany Lions responded with a 9-0 run to take back the lead; The Ravens continued to battle through the end of the half as the trailed by seven 17-24.
In the second half the Penn State offense and defense came out hot, mounting a large lead over the Ravens to start. Basketball being a true game of runs, Rosemont responded as
Dallas Wilder got inside for a bucket.
Tyler Jackson would follow with a three assisted by Wilder, and
Kobe Butler would cut the Harrisburg lead back to eleven with a three of his own and ten minutes remaining. The Ravens were unable to climb all the way back as they fell on the road to the Nittany Lions 32-66.

The Ravens will be back at home Saturday February 7th as they welcome Lancaster Bible to Alumnae Hall for an United East Matchup at 1:00 PM.
