Coach Glen is joining the Ravens Baseball coaching staff in the fall of 2022. He is a recently retired teacher and baseball coach in the Philadelphia Public School District for both Dobbins and Saul High Schools. Coach Glen has also been a fixture at the Phillies Baseball Academy camps and the Phillies Urban Youth Academy for many years. Additionally, Coach Glen provides baseball instruction at Top Lumber Baseball Academy.
Coach Glen has served on the Executive Board of the Philadelphia High School Baseball Coaches Association and still plays in the Roy Hobbs World Series and Men’s Senior Baseball League. Besides baseball, Coach Glen has experience coaching both soccer and softball programs at the high school level.
Coach Glen will work with the hitters and catchers during his first season with the Ravens. Coach Glen lives in Conshohocken, PA with his wife Diane. His three daughters all live in the Philadelphia area: Allison is a pediatrician at CHOP, Jessica is an ICU nurse at Lankenau, and Karlee is an environmental scientist and nutritionist.
