Gwynedd Valley, Pa. – The host Griffins of Gwynedd Mercy University defeated the Rosemont Ravens in women's volleyball this evening by a score of 3-0 (25-8, 25-13, 25-9). With the result the Ravens fell to 2-22 for the season (1-9 CSAC). Gwynedd Mercy moved to 7-22 (2-8 CSAC) with the win.

Eve Romanowski led the Ravens with seven kills leaving her 17 shy of the team's single-season kills record. Leilani Carter had eight digs to lead both teams in that category in tonight's match.

Lexy Mrongowius was credited with 14 assists, giving her a season total of 314. She will need two more assists in the Raven's last match to set the all-time single-season assists record.

The Ravens close out their season at Alumnae Hall on Saturday when they will host the Gators from Notre Dame of Maryland University in a CSAC match starting at 12:00pm.
